Service Overview

Our service runs on cloud infrastructure maintained across multiple time zones and regions. You understand that beta software means features may change, improve, or pause without permanent notice.

Who Can Use Astute Beta Server

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. Parents or guardians must agree to these terms if you’re under 18. Provide accurate information when signing up for your account. Don’t create accounts under fake names or pretend to be someone else. You’re limited to one account per person, and we’ll terminate all accounts if we detect violations.

Your Account and Password Security

We’re not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or negligence. You assume full responsibility for all activity under your account.

What You Can and Can’t Do

Don’t try to break our security systems or access restricted areas. Don’t share credentials with others or resell our service. Don’t upload viruses, malware, or code designed to damage the platform.

You can’t use our service to harass people, commit fraud, or steal information. Don’t impersonate others or create misleading accounts. Respect intellectual property rights and don’t distribute copyrighted material without permission. Violation of these rules results in account suspension or permanent deletion.

Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of anything you create and upload to Astute Beta Server. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it. You represent and warrant that your content doesn’t violate anyone’s rights. You’re responsible for your content, and we’re not liable for it. We don’t claim ownership of your data or intellectual property.

We own everything else: our software, features, design, trademarks, and brand identity. You can’t copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our platform without written permission. Using our brand name or logo in your materials requires advance written approval.

Acceptable Use Policy

Astute Beta Server operates under strict ethical guidelines and legal compliance. Your use must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We prohibit obscene, violent, hateful, or harassing content. Don’t use our service to spam, phish, or scam other people. Don’t collect personal data about other users without consent.

We monitor for violations and reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts. If we believe you’ve broken laws, we’ll report it to authorities. You agree to indemnify us and cover our legal costs if your violation causes us harm.

Service Availability and Uptime

Astute Beta Server runs on cloud infrastructure, but we don’t guarantee 100% uptime. We aim for high availability and maintain server redundancy. Occasionally, we perform maintenance, apply security updates, or experience unexpected outages. We’ll notify you when possible during downtime. You understand that no online service is perfect.

We’re not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or interruptions. Back up important data regularly instead of relying solely on our platform. Contact our support team if outages significantly prevent you from using the service.

Fees and Billing

Astute Beta Server pricing appears on our website and pricing page. Some features are free while others require paid subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Billing cycles are monthly or annual depending on your plan selection. We’ll renew your subscription automatically unless you cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase if you want a refund. We evaluate refund requests case by case. Report unauthorized charges to your payment provider immediately. Prices may change with 30 days written notice, but we won’t increase existing subscription costs mid-cycle.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters, and we take data protection seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We comply with all applicable data protection regulations. We encrypt sensitive information and restrict access to authorized personnel only. You have the right to request, correct, or delete your personal data.

Termination and Suspension

We can suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or break laws. You can delete your account anytime by contacting support. Upon termination, we’ll delete your content unless law requires us to keep it. You won’t receive a refund for unused subscription time.

We may also terminate the entire service with 30 days written notice. If we do, we’ll provide a mechanism to export your data. We’ll handle refunds fairly based on the notice period.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. Significant changes receive 30 days notice via email or our website. Continuing to use Astute Beta Server after updates means you accept the new terms. Old versions remain available for reference. Review these terms periodically for any changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Your agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Astute Beta Server is registered. Resolve disputes informally with us first by contacting our support team. We’ll work toward a solution within 30 days. If we can’t resolve it, you may pursue legal action in applicable courts.

Both parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation. Mediation keeps costs lower and disputes private. If mediation fails, binding arbitration applies instead of court proceedings, except for intellectual property claims or injunctions.

General Provisions

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. We may assign our rights to another company, but you can’t assign your account. No waiver is effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. These terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between us.

You understand that beta software evolves rapidly. Features you see today may disappear or change fundamentally. We appreciate your patience as we build something better. Your feedback, bug reports, and suggestions are welcome and help shape the product.
